At PPS we have continued to trade with all of our staff working remotely, but in view of some uncertainties created by recent announcements, we wanted to confirm our plans for the next few months.
Social distancing remains a key part of the management of the virus, and to this end we have made the following decisions to protect our clients and our staff:
- We will not be opening any of our offices until the earliest of 1 September 2020. We will confirm if there are any changes to this date
- We will not be able to visit any of our clients until the above date at the earliest – your safety is our primary concern

Our telephone numbers and email addresses are in full use, so you can contact us via the usual communication channels.
Our online client portal is available 24/7 – providing you with access to us, your investments, your policies and your documents. If you have not yet registered for the portal, please contact your PPS Financial Planner who will give you guidance on how to obtain access.
We are available for meetings either by phone, or face-to-face through apps and programs such as Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp and Zoom.
